Ray passed his Eagle Board of Review on June 29, 2006, becoming Troop 111’s 102nd Eagle Scout. His Honor Roll:

For his Eagle project Ray ran electrical power about 200 feet to the new stage at the amphitheatre at Upton Hill Regional Park. The project involved digging a 2 foot deep trench the entire length, installing power cables in underground conduit, and installing specialized waterproof wiring throughout. The project will permit the Park to offer various stage programs through the summertime months. Approximately 267 Man-Hours of work.
Ray will be attending Virginia Tech and majoring in Biological Sciences.
